RELEASE TECHNIQUE

Fee: Rs. 4000 for 20 classes/ Rs. 2500 for 10 classes/ Rs. 350 per class
This release-based class will explore alignment, dynamics and efficiency in movement and enable the participants to find ways of using momentum-based dynamic to move in space. The class will use core strengthening and improvisation as tools for warming up and conditioning the body. This class is designed for dancers with a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience.
