Latin-Bhangra Fusion Workshop by Sandip Soparrkar’s Ballroom Studio

Latin Bhangada1At our studio, we always strive to give you the best the dance world has to offer. And what better way to achieve this than to learn a new creative way of expressing yourself !

Presenting a 3-day “Latin-Bhangra Fusion Workshop” by internationally-acclaimed dance fusionist, Shefali Lahoti.

The Founder & Artistic Director of Kalaaharmony, Ms. Lahoti specializes in fusion dance styles. Inspired by her extensive training in both Indian classical & folk dances and Western dance forms, she has created a new dance movement phenomenon entitled “Indi-Glo Fusion”.

“Latin Bhangra” is a new upbeat style of the Indi-Glo fusion Dance Movement series which fuses the moves of the eclectic Bhangra with the sensuous Cuban movement of Ballroom Dancing. Set to popular Indian fusion/world music, this fun style and innovative dance approach promises to enthrall all.
Through this new creative expression, not only are a dancer’s grace, self-confidence & poise enhanced, but also his/hers improvisational skills that help any dancer, especially Ballroom & Salsa dancers, to develop their own unique style.
