Chitresh Das explores Kathak techniques and performance, creating new works that are deeply rooted in the Kathak tradition.

His technique, Kathak Yoga, was published in a doctoral dissertation at Harvard University. Das formed the first university accredited Kathak course at San Francisco State University, USA. He received the National Heritage Fellowship from the Obama Administration for maintaining the highest standards in Indian Classical Dance in America.

In collaboration with the NCPA
